昨年２月に、元国連WHO部長のスマナ・バルア博士の故郷でもあります
バングラディッシュのアグラサラ孤児院を訪問致しました。
戦争や度重なる飢饉で家族を失った子供たちでしたが、
私の想像をはるかに超えた明るさと希望に満ち溢れた笑顔で、迎えて頂きました。
今年は更なる活動として
生まれ故郷の京都でプロジェクトを立ち上げる事になりました。
本年も皆様のお役に立てるよう頑張りますので
ご協力の程、宜しくお願い申し上げます。

I visited Agrasara Orphanage in Bangladesh last February.
It is also the home of former UN WHO Director Dr. Sumana Barua.
The children who lost their families in the war and repeated famines.
They were greeted with a smile full of light and hope far beyond my imagination.
My further activity this year was to launch a project in Kyoto (my hometown).
I will do my best to help you this year
